Delivery to addresses within the UK

If the order (before shipping) is over £130.00, shipping will be by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivery is guaranteed by 1pm on the business day after posting and the item is fully insured.

If the order (before shipping) is below £130.00, then if the quoted shipping price is £11.00 or less, shipping will be by Royal Mail (First Class) post. It will normally be delivered on the day after posting.

If the quoted shipping price is £12.00 to £14.00, shipping will be by the Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service. The Royal Mail aim to deliver it 3 to 5 business days after posting.

Shipping for Baccarat jewellery will always be by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

If you require a different delivery method, please email or phone us.

Collection from Bath

If you wish to collect your order from us in Bath, please select the "Collection" delivery option. This will set the shipping charge to zero. We shall contact you to arrange the collection time. The collection point is 5 minutes walk from Bath railway station and has ample free parking.


Delivery to addresses outside the UK

For orders to be shipped outside the UK, small light parcels are charged at £3.00. For other parcels, we shall notify the shipping charge on receipt of the order (meanwhile the shipping charge will read zero) and confirm your agreement.


Notice of despatch

New items in stock - February 2010

New range "Blues" designed by Bertil Vallien - sculptures with all the typical Vallien hallmarks

A vase has been added to the Contrast range. We have it in white and in a new colour for Contrast: purple/lilac. We also have the medium bowl in the new purple/lilac colour
